OFFICE MANAGER – HOME HEALTH & HOSPICE
Katy, TX (On-Site Position)
Bilingual Spanish preferred.

A Hug Away Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in Home Health and/or Hospice operations to join our growing healthcare team in Katy, Texas. We are a compassionate healthcare company providing Home Health and Hospice services to patients in the comfort of their homes.

This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role for someone who understands the fast-paced environment of Home Health and Hospice and can effectively support operations, staffing, HR, payroll, and office coordination.

Requirements (Please Read Carefully):

We are looking for a very specific candidate with proven experience in Home Health or Hospice office operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous Home Health or Hospice experience is REQUIRED.
Prior experience working in a Home Health office setting (not field only).
Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR strongly preferred.
Experience with HR, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, or office management.
Bilingual Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
Must live within approximately 20–30 miles of Katy, TX 77493.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day office operations for Home Health and Hospice.
Assist with HR functions, recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.
Coordinate schedules and office workflow.
Support payroll and administrative functions.
Maintain communication with clinical staff, patients, and referral sources.
Ensure timely documentation and EMR coordination using Kinnser/WellSky.
Maintain compliance and support agency operations.

Ideal Candidate:
