A Hug Away Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Office Manager with a strong background in Home Health and/or Hospice operations to join our growing healthcare team in Katy, Texas. We are a compassionate healthcare company providing Home Health and Hospice services to patients in the comfort of their homes.
This is a hands-on, in-office leadership role for someone who understands the fast-paced environment of Home Health and Hospice and can effectively support operations, staffing, HR, payroll, and office coordination.
Requirements (Please Read Carefully):
We are looking for a very specific candidate with proven experience in Home Health or Hospice office operations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous Home Health or Hospice experience is REQUIRED.
- Prior experience working in a Home Health office setting (not field only).
- Experience with Kinnser/WellSky EMR strongly preferred.
- Experience with HR, recruiting, onboarding, payroll, scheduling, or office management.
- Bilingual Spanish-speaking strongly preferred.
- Must live within approximately 20–30 miles of Katy, TX 77493.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations for Home Health and Hospice.
- Assist with HR functions, recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.
- Coordinate schedules and office workflow.
- Support payroll and administrative functions.
- Maintain communication with clinical staff, patients, and referral sources.
- Ensure timely documentation and EMR coordination using Kinnser/WellSky.
- Maintain compliance and support agency operations.
