About Us: A Hug Away Healthcare is a trusted provider of home health, hospice, and medical equipment services. We are looking for a dedicated and organized Medical Equipment Coordinator to join our team. This role includes delivering medical equipment until the department grows, offering a unique opportunity for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery and setup of medical equipment for patients.
  • Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
  • Understand and manage profit and loss for the medical equipment department.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for equipment management.
  • Create and submit end-of-day reports to management.
  • Assist in the growth and expansion of the medical equipment department.

Qualifications:
  • Background in medical supplies and equipment.
  • Strong understanding of profit and loss management.
  • Strong background in sales is a huge plus.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a people person.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to deliver equipment as needed.
