Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery and setup of medical equipment for patients.
- Manage inventory and ensure timely restocking of supplies.
- Understand and manage profit and loss for the medical equipment department.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment and supplies.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for equipment management.
- Create and submit end-of-day reports to management.
- Assist in the growth and expansion of the medical equipment department.
Qualifications:
- Background in medical supplies and equipment.
- Strong understanding of profit and loss management.
- Strong background in sales is a huge plus.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must be a people person.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to deliver equipment as needed.
